Dr. David Gallego is a board-trained Internal Medicine physician with a strong clinical foundation and advanced training in Facial and Body Aesthetic Medicine. His approach to aesthetic care is grounded in evidence-based medicine, patient safety, and comprehensive medical assessment.

Dr. Gallego completed his Internal Medicine residency at LSU Health in Louisiana, where he developed extensive experience in managing complex medical conditions, performing detailed patient evaluations, and delivering high-quality, ethical care. This robust medical background allows him to approach aesthetic treatments with a deeper understanding of anatomy, physiology, and systemic health—ensuring that every procedure is appropriate, safe, and medically sound.

In 2021, Dr. Gallego expanded his clinical expertise into aesthetic medicine, earning certification in facial injectables and rejuvenation therapies.

Licensed to practice in Texas, Florida, and Louisiana, Dr. Gallego serves as the Medical Director of multiple aesthetic practices. As the supervising Medical Director for Luxlift MPRN, he provides clinical oversight, protocol development, and medical guidance to ensure all treatments meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality of care.”
